Oyster Mushroom Workshop

This hands-on class will walk you through the techniques for successful oyster mushroom cultivation. We will cover substrate preparation, inoculation methods, growing conditions, and harvesting. Oyster mushrooms are one of the easiest, most delicious mushrooms to grow. Participants will each take home an oyster mushroom kit! Taught by Levon Durr, fungus enthusiast and owner of Fungaia Farm.
