White Oyster Plug Spawn

White Oyster (Pleurotus ostreatus) mushrooms have a mild texture and flavor that can complement many dishes, or be sautéed alone as a side dish. The name "oyster" is referring to the shape, not the flavor. Highly nutritious, these mushrooms are up to 30% protein and contain vitamin C, niacin, folic acid, and potassium. This strain is an abundant producer and can fruit in a wide range of temperatures ranging from 55-80°F.
