Blue Oyster Plug Spawn

Blue Oyster (Pleurotus columbinus) mushrooms have a mild texture and flavor that can complement many dishes, or be sautéed alone or as a side dish. The name "oyster" is referring to the shape, not the flavor. Highly nutritious, these mushrooms are up to 30% protein and contain vitamin C, niacin, folic acid, and potassium. This mushroom prefers fruiting temperatures ranging from 45-65°F.
