Lion's Mane Plug Spawn

Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) mushroom is a much sought-after edible that has an incredible flavor and unique texture. Studies have shown this mushroom to help in the regrowth of nerve tissue, including in the brain. Loaded with beta-glucoxylan, hericonene A and B, 31 percent protein, vitamins, and essential amino acids. Fruiting temperatures 65-75ºF.
